The focus of the finishing department is to meet the needs of various product production lines of the company, and provide relevant supporting tooling and testing fixtures.

The NC equipment and conventional equipment configured in the workshop can handle the precision processing of various materials such as steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, bakelite, acrylic, fluoroplastic, etc. The department completes the design drawing, machining, assembly and debugging of various components from 2D or 3D.

Our department has been involved in the supporting of relevant jigs since the beginning of new product research and development. We can provide trial products of new product shells and other parts and components, as well as small batch parts for trial products. After the products are put into mass production, we will continue to add needed jigs and improve relevant jigs; In addition, it also makes electrical performance aging test trolleys for various products; We will also make relevant vulnerable spare parts and emergency maintenance parts for all kinds of equipment, so as to ensure the stable operation and timely repair of the equipment, ensure that the production plan can be completed on time, and meet the customer's shipping needs.
