(Ministry of High Voltage Ion Industry) The manufacture of high voltage units and positive and negative ion generators is divided into four families:
1. Preparation&winding system is divided into winding - tin lining - welding of discharge components - coil pressing into the shell. All 11 winding machines are purchased from Nippon Nippon Nippon Co., Ltd.
2. Assembly system
High voltage terminals/components of the assembly line are welded and assembled. Six Japanese UNIX automatic welding machines are imported to improve production efficiency and quality pass through rate.
3. Filling system
Three automatic glue filling machines are introduced to cope with the production of different proportion of AB glue, improve the efficiency and reduce potential quality hazards.
4. Detection system
Product appearance inspection, positive and negative ion number test, electrical performance test and conductivity test.
